I’m Chad Duncan, the proud owner of Duncan Commercial Cleaning Services Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

We launched Duncan Commercial Cleaning in 1996 as a sister company of our parent B2B firm, and immediately there was a great synergy between the two organizations.

As the years went by, we began to recognize the issues potential customers’ were facing with their cleaning services. It prompted us to make our commercial cleaning subsidiary our primary interest.

Over the past twenty-six years, there have been many challenges, but we have always come up with a solution. I try to impress on my team of cleaning specialists to never take anything for granted and to treat clients as if they were family.

I strive to set an example by working with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my honesty. I also attribute my success to always being friendly and displaying the core values of professionalism, excellence, and timeliness.

Maintaining a high level of customer service and going the extra mile builds trust with clients and fosters long-lasting relationships.

As a result, when my clients are happy with my team’s services, it fills me with immense satisfaction. It leads to repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals which is also incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not organizing cleaning jobs, I love to give back to my community in any way that I can.
